ROLE SUMMARY:
The Finance/Treasury Specialist plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, with a focus on treasury-related activities. This position involves close collaboration with banks and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of payments, compliance with financial regulations, and effective management of financial instruments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling administrative and operational finance tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Posting executed payments and entering payment orders as needed
- Handling communication and administrative tasks with the banks (bank accounts opening/closing, updating the bank operating mandates, e-banking, reporting toward the banks, payment cards, etc.)
- Monitoring and administration related to deposits and credit
- Review of interest calculations
- Maintaining the evidence of collateral instruments
- Keeping track of legal and regulatory requirements related to financial operations
