Privacy Policy, Protection and Use of Personal Data

Belgrade, Registration No: 22131893 provides services in the field of human resources, including Recruitment domestically and internationally, professional orientation and career planning consulting, and implementing active employment policy measures in cooperation with the National Employment Service based on Licence number 0041740982025 issued by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs of the Republic of Serbia. The company is registered with the Business Registers Agency under the primary activity code 7810 – Employment Agency Activities.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and thus we wish to clarify our operations through this document.
Terminology:
In this Policy, we address you as “You.” When we use the term “Company,” we refer to the legal entity mentioned above. By “Our services,” we mean various services such as: recruitment, candidate selection, testing, career development, training and education, international labor mobility, market research, marketing services, and administration.
In providing Our services, we use various IT and communication solutions: social networks, fixed or mobile telephony, various customized platforms, and software solutions. Our intention is to enable you to search for and apply for jobs that we advertise, which align with your interests, abilities, and experiences.
In our work and communication with you, we will come across various data that allow us to identify you, which we refer to in this Policy as “personal data.”
Personal data we collect and process:
- Your name and surname, date of birth, place of birth, contact information, qualifications (education, training, references), documents verifying your identity, photographs, videos, and any other information you provided in your resume.
- If you apply using your profile on social networks: your profile data.
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- We may potentially collect data about your visits to our websites.
- We may also collect notifications for marketing purposes and analysis, including notifications about your responses to emails, SMS, phone calls, and other marketing campaigns.
Purpose of Collecting and Processing Personal Data:
- To provide you with the services you expect from us. Job searching/collaboration for which you are applying. Assistance with training, career development, and advancement. This includes sending your resume to potential employers or partners for consideration and notifying you about job or collaboration opportunities via email, phone, or other communication methods.
- With your consent, we may use your contacts for direct marketing purposes, for example, through email, messages, or phone calls.
- Potentially for research and statistical and analytical studies.
- To fulfill legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
- We may also process your personal data to enhance the security and protection of individuals, spaces, systems, and equipment, to monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures, to manage communication and other platforms we use, and when investigating and responding to complaints.
Are you obligated to provide personal data?
You are not obligated to provide your personal data, but if we do not have it, it is impossible to establish a business relationship, and we will not be able to provide you with services.
Sometimes we process your personal data without human intervention. We may use automated processing systems and make decisions (profiling) to provide services to our business clients and you.
Retention Period for Personal Data
We retain your personal data for up to 2 years. If you successfully find a job through us, the Company will need to keep your personal data for a longer period to comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
We disclose your personal data to third parties to fulfill the previously mentioned purposes. This is done in cases or to:
- Suppliers. We may include a supplier to perform administrative or operational tasks on our behalf to enhance our relationship with you. The supplier(s) will be bound by contractual and legal obligations to protect your confidential personal data and will only have access to your personal data as necessary to perform their functions.
- Our business clients/future employers: We will share your personal data with our business clients who offer jobs/tasks that may interest you or who are interested in your profile. They are bound by contractual and other confidentiality obligations regarding your personal data.
- We will share your personal data with government agencies, police, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies if we determine, solely based on our assessment, that we are legally obligated or authorized to do so, or if it would be reasonable to do so.
Your Rights
- Right to Access and Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Data Being Processed. You have the right to request confirmation as to whether we are processing any of your personal data. If we are processing your personal data, you can gain access to your personal data and certain information about how we process it. - Right to Erasure. In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data and/or delete personal data that relates to you. You can submit a request for the deletion of personal data relating to you at any time, and the Company will assess whether your deletion request should be approved. The right to deletion is subject to legal rights or obligations that we may need to comply with for data retention. Level of Protection of Personal Data
The Company protects your personal data using state-of-the-art IT technologies and physical security systems. All employees act in accordance with internal protocols and procedures as well as this Policy, all aimed at ensuring your privacy and preventing potential misuse of your data.
